News and some possible changes

First of all, welcome back and I hope you have had a good, safe holiday.

A couple weeks back I had received a call from the yearbook publishers, and they have asked me about the progress. I responded that the current committee’s been collecting ideas and we are still recruiting for help. At this point nothing significant has been complete.

There may also be some possible changes to the committee in less than a month. Possible changes includes a new committee position, as well as making modifications to the current application form to become part of the committee.

In future, the yearbook will allow students to submit custom profile photos and fill in some Q&A. At the moment I don’t have a committee position that has control over student profiles. Keep an eye out for more information about this new position in a few weeks time.

Furthermore, the current application form is currently being hosted by formsmarts.com. In less than two weeks I plan on contacting the yearbook publishers to “move” our current application form to GRC.Year12.com. GRC.Year12 is also the present location where students can upload photos for the yearbook. So far, no photos have been uploaded to the site, though that is fine.

The estimated deadline for the yearbook is 3rd October (and yes, this may change by the time the GANTT chart is 100% complete).
