I would not like the school office to manage the yearbook orders. Instead, they will be under the responsibility of the business managers.
I have a proposed system for all yearbook orders:
- A classroom on level 1 would be an ideal place to collect orders.
- Student checklists are necessary to tick off who has paid. Student signatures would help confirm.
- Ordering can be managed during MY free periods, 8:00-8:30 and after-school hours.
- There will be two checkouts:
- Express checkout for people who don’t need change
- Normal checkout for people who need change
- I will post a Facebook note which will list who has paid.
